A British Voice Association Workshop with Melanie Mehta.

Come along and discover how your voice works, its care and management in this workshop led by Melanie Mehta from the British Voice Association. Or simply come along and listen.

The How, What and Where of voice in a nutshell. How is the voice made? What does a voice look like? Where is the voice? This Presentation and Workshop will take you on a whistle stop tour of the elements which allow us to use sound to communicate and talk about how to care for them.  We will look at videos of vocal folds in action, animations of the elements of the vocal system and undertake some exercises for healthy voice use. Come and discover a not often seen part of the body and how it functions!
