Images of Research – Kennaway House

‘The ‘Images of Research’ competition is an innovative way for Early Career Research Staff to showcase the diverse areas of research taking place at the University of Exeter and an opportunity to look at research in a new and exciting way. You are invited to view these stunning images arising from scientifique research work.

The goal of the competition is –

  • To engage the public in academic research, particularly the breadth of research taking place at the University of Exeter
  • To provide the opportunity for researchers to communicate often complex research to non-specialists.

Entries for this year’s competition totalled 40, with the overall winner being Matthias Becher with his excellent Tell Us Where You are Going image.  Other category winners from this year’s competition include Charlie Jeynes, High Resolution Image of a Brain Capillary (Collaboration Theme), Tanimola Martins, Ethnic Inequality in Diagnosis of Symptomatic Prostate Cancer (Society and Culture) and Jayden van Horik, Robo-bird (Technologies).’
