Build your own Jet Car for the Race later on, on the day. Kits are available from 11am.
In one of the marquees we will be offering an opportunity for members of the public to build their own JET CAR from a kit of supplied parts, for racing in the afternoon (from 2 pm). A kit (one per family please) is included in the entrance fee (but sorry, the number of kits is limited). There will be prizes for both the fastest and best conceived cars.
Venue: Norman Lockyer Observatory, EX10 0NY
Price for entrance to the Norman Lockyer site: £8 for adults (Children free). NB. Payment by CASH ONLY at the door.
There is no separate charge for the activities on site.
