Consultant Cardiologist Dr Manish Gandhi discusses the clinical science around being sensible and tapping into the benefits of exercise, whilst averting the risk of sudden death.

Dr Gandhi is a Cardiologist with extensive clinical experience in all aspects of heart disease including treating acute heart attack with stents, echocardiography to assess heart valves, fitting pacemakers, treating irregular heart rhythms and preventing coronary disease. He has presented research globally at scientific meetings in US, Europe and Australia.
