Hands-on at St Teresa’s Hall

Saturday 15th October 2016 11:00AM – 5:00PM

Fascinating science experiments for the whole family. Some of the details are still to be confirmed.

Members of the SPIE Exeter chapter will be doing some demonstrations about light, showing some of its fascinating properties in a fun and interactive way. Demonstrations will show how natural colours are formed, how we perceive colours, how light can be guided to our will, and much more exciting properties of light.

We will also have a Lightning Machine there – come and see what that is about!

And STEM ambassadors from the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) will be showing you things to think about!

Venue: St Teresa’s Hall, EX10 8TW

Free. No booking required.
